About Us

Refill is an innovation synthesizing two existing ideas: mobile delivery and refill stores. By delivering well-known, trusted bands to customers’ doorsteps, Refill Đây offers a convenient alternative towards sustainable consumption and single-use plastic reduction by refilling and reusing bottles and containers.

our MISSION

Big cities like Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi can generate up to 80 tons of plastic waste per day; while only 60 to 70% of them ends up at over-loaded landfills and incineration facilities, another 10% goes to recycling with implausible standard, the rest are likely discharged directly into environment.
Through close collaboration with manufacturing companies and by offering refill service of familiar household products that are widely-used with a convenient approach, Refill Đây aims to reduce the plastic bottles/ containers discharged monthly by SMEs (for office and hospitality usages) and households by ZERO!
As a circular economy business model, Refill Đây also offers job opportunities to women or low-incomers for a better quality of life.

Normally, household products could be easily purchased from nearby stores and then discarded once emptied.

Refill aims to create a “new normal” where the customer can purchase their products while contributing to saving the environment.

Consumers use their clean bottles and containers and have them refilled with requested products at our refill stores or via our convenient delivery service.

Additionally, she was the Secretary for the Youth League in Binh Thanh District, HCMC where she developed a strong network of governmental contacts.

He has solved the key viscosity issue with liquid refilling that no other refill shop (to our knowledge) has overcome. He also brings 24 years of Customer Service experience at some of hospitality’s best international brands including Sheraton Hotels and the five star Six Senses Resorts and Spas. He ensures a high standard of customer service for both our consumer and commercial markets

Mrs. Hoa spent her youth as a Field Medic in the 7th Division of the Vietnamese Army and served in the conflict with the Khmer Rouge. After her time in the military, she worked for 8 years in the Ho Chi Minh City Parks Management department, before managing and running her flower shop for 20 years. She is a consummate sales women and entrepreneur. Upon retiring from the flower shop, she has spent that last 10 years active member of the HCMC District 9 Woman’s Union.
